Thank you for your interest in Sylvania Child Care!
New families have a 4 step process to register:
- Request Registration – The first step is to create an online account. you will setup some basic information regarding yourself and your child(ren). You will answer some questions to help us get a better understanding of what type of care you are looking for. Our office will review your submission and contact you within one business day.
- Online Program Registration – After we have approved your request, you will login to your online account and choose the specific child care program that you wish to enroll your child(ren) in. You will answer some questions related to the program and pay any registration fees. Our office will review your submission and contact you within one business day.
- Electronic Forms Registration – We will email you a set of required documents that should be filled out and electronically signed by you. You will then return this document to us by email at email@example.com. Our office will review your documents for accuracy and contact you within one business day.
- Wrap up – In this final step we will collect any remaining fees such as security deposits and registration fees. We will determine if your family needs any key fobs. We will also reach out to you if we are missing any important information or need any additional documentation or required forms (such as, with children that have health conditions)
